Fish saw my day of infamy blog post and offered to pick me up from the office. how nice of him. ahhhh it’s great to have friends who are there to help perk you up when you’re feeling down. i always imagine myself sitting at the usual kopi tiam, surrounded by the same faces i’ve known and cherished all my life. and everyone with mostly grey hair. sigh…..
anyways, hopefully my dad took care of the Honda. luckily he was in town for the day. even bought a new battery for the kelisa which hasn’t been used for a while. didn’t take me long to install it. and it sure beats searching the whole engine block for a radiator cap.
and fortunately, i didn’t have to stay at the office too long after all. and i had house season 3 episodes 2 and 3 to help pass time while batch programs were running, as well as some movies left over by colleagues. this week’s training with SAP is non-technical, so it was quite boring. i dozed a couple of times, even while seating right in front. then again, i always doze when i’m on the receiving end of any type of instruction or learning.
in order to bring more perspective in my life, i think i need to concentrate more on my travels. see the world, the ocean, and stuff like that. grabbed the following map from pikey:-
create your own visited country map or check our Venice travel guide
only 10% of the world i’ve visited so far… and even that is cheating. :O
