Ah, the last entry just gave out too many bad vibes, so here’s a new one. Work’s getting more and more organised, and I’m starting to feel better. ๐Ÿ˜€ Now if only I could get more sleep, then life wouldn’t be as hard. Problem is, there’s just so many quality manga to read! Yakitate!, Hajime no Ippo, and I’ve finally found a reliable source for Lone Wolf and Cub! Woohoo! Manga manga all night long! Grabbed Eiji vol 8 and Hunter X Hunter vol 15 off a local bookstore; although in Malay, you can still grasp the action and adventure.

Sometimes I really amaze myself. Writing programs in three different programming languages for three different projects at the same time is quite confusing, but manageable. I only wish I had the dough to buy myself some reference books and really put my skillz to the test!

As for the interesting thing of the day, I took some time off from work this afternoon to pick my lil bro from school. And he came out late playing football with his buddies! Grr.. I hate it when people are late, excluding myself. Ha! Anyways, it started raining as we reached home, and the rain went really mad. Since I was late for an appointment at the office, I thought I’d take a shortcut through UM. Smart move, NOT! Ended up having to go through three floods: one in the middle of UM, one at the Bangsar exit, and another loooooooooong flash flood along Jalan Pantai. Fortunately my worst fears of stalling in the middle of any of those didn’t materialise. And it would be bad too, since I may have showered a bunch of motorcyclists with mud. ๐Ÿ˜› But my car is so easy to identify I doubt it’d make a difference whether I stalled or not. And there were cars stopped and making U-turns all over the place that made navigation a lot harder. Was practically shakin’ when the car felt like it wanted to stop here and there. Nature sure is a force to reckon with.

Note to self: Don’t drive like a madman after going through a flood knowing that you have brake pads without the pads. And beware of irate and wet motorcyclists.
